Nepal Research and Education Network (NREN) has been established as a facilitator to support an advanced research and education network through the means of Information and Communication Technology. Prime helps to support good ICT initiatives and research in the country. This entity has been established as a non-profit network under the college, affiliated to Tribhuvan University, in collaboration with various organizations.
Microsoft Innovation Center Nepal - Innovation Cell Prime
According to a recently signed MoU with Microsoft Innovation Center, the students, faculties and staff of Prime can get access to genuine but free software. Students interested in Apps Development can participate in Dev-Camp, get access to Office 365 infrastructure, and get guidance from Microsoft Specialist. Also, our students will get benefit of a voucher (80 USD value) for attending Microsoft Technology Associate training along with a Microsoft Certified Professional certification.
CISCO
Prime International Secondary School offers CISCO Certified Network Associate (CCNA) program. The curriculum consists of two 80 – hour courses on Introduction to Networks, Routing and Switching Essentials, Scaling Networks, and Connecting Networks. CCNA builds the skills s/he needs to succeed in jobs related to networking and computer devices.
PIBM
Pune Institute of Business Management conducts various skill development trainings catered to the needs of students and faculty members. It sends corporate leaders, experts and senior faculty members as visiting faculty to PIA. Similarly it offers internship and job opportunities to our students at reputed Indian companies.
IT Policy Program (ITPP), Seoul National University
As per the MoU signed between Prime and ITPP – SNU, there will be an exchange of cooperation, and sharing and dissemination of information for bridging knowledge gap.
